In our study, we focus on total endosulfan and its isomers (alpha and beta) induced changes in Drosophila melanogaster and their ameliorative effect of co-administered with methanol and water extract of the entire plant vinca. We chose a concentration of 1 / 5th EC50 of alpha-endosulfan, beta-endosulfan, and endosulfan (total) and co-administered with a 1 / 50th the EC50 concentration of extract water and methanol and evaluated the effects of ameliorative them, in terms of the verification stage of life activity, protein profiling and also by using live imaging of brain cells. We finally concluded that, methanol and water extracts inhibit the toxic effects caused by endosulfan and isomers and also improve the survival rate of the test organisms.

When Sona-expressing S2 cells treated with exosomal Arr, Sona active extracellular levels increase. These results indicate that the command exosomal Arr Sona-expressing cells to increase extracellular levels of Sona. Arr new function in the absence of Wg because the cells do not express Wg S2. We propose that the Arr plays two different roles, one as a protein exosomal to increase extracellular levels of Sona with Wnt-independent manner and the other as a co-receptor Wg Wnt dependent manner.
