In our study, we focus on total endosulfan and its isomers (alpha and beta) induced changes in Drosophila melanogaster and their ameliorative effect of co-administered with methanol and water extract of the entire plant vinca. We chose a concentration of 1 / 5th EC50 of alpha-endosulfan, beta-endosulfan, and endosulfan (total) and co-administered with a 1 / 50th the EC50 concentration of extract water and methanol and evaluated the effects of ameliorative them, in terms of the verification stage of life activity, protein profiling and also by using live imaging of brain cells. These results indicate that the command exosomal Arr Sona-expressing cells to increase extracellular levels of Sona. Arr new function in the absence of Wg because the cells do not express Wg S2. We propose that the Arr plays two different roles, one as a protein exosomal to increase extracellular levels of Sona with Wnt-independent manner and the other as a co-receptor Wg Wnt dependent manner.
